Custom Toy Design & Expertise

I started building models when I was 4 years old. I didn't just build kits—I made my own custom models. I designed flying models from scratch, and in the process, I learned not just modeling and design acumen but picked up lessons in goal-setting, patience, organization, and process control. When combined with a strong talent for art and sculpting, my early efforts led to significant accomplishments in many creative endeavors. After a lucky break at age 21, making Super Soaker prototypes, I was set! I couldn't believe someone would pay me to make models. After 33 years of working with the top talent in the corporate toy world, I graduated to owning my own toy company, Eclipse Toys.

Since I was young, I have garnered dozens of Model Aviation National Titles, National Championships, and World Champ Gold medals. Competing here and abroad. This has been a passion of mine, among many other hobbies and pursuits outside my work. All the models I use for these events are my own designs.
